SHIPPING INFO

All United States orders ship for free. Regardless of what you order, shipping is FREE. It's as simple as that! Exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our primary domestic carrier is USPS, but the choice of carrier depends upon the size of the shipment.

Typical USPS transit times are as follows:
Domestic Orders: 2-5 days
Alaska & Hawaii Orders: 4-8 days
(these transit times are estimates and may change due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, and holidays)

Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your Spice Enthusiast account to retrieve your tracking number. Spice Enthusiast cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office to inquire further.

If you're not satisfied with any unopened item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.

RETURNS

At Spice Enthusiast, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Please use our contact form or email sales@spiceenthusiast.com to initiate a replacement or refund.

  • Exceptions: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on opened packages unless there was a demonstrable packaging error on our part.

We strongly encourage you to inspect these products carefully prior to opening, or order our products in smaller sizes before ordering larger/bulk quantities.
