Barbacoa Rub is a flavorful blend of spices designed to enhance your barbacoa dishes. This rub combines smoky, savory, and slightly spicy notes to bring out the best in pork, beef, or chicken. To cook with it, generously coat your meat with the rub, let it marinate if possible, then slow cook or braise until tender. The result is a rich, aromatic, and melt-in-your-mouth barbacoa perfect for tacos, burritos, or hearty meals.
When using this as a rub we always recommend using about 1 tablespoon per pound of meat, whether it's pork, beef or chicken.
